Conflict

PC stated yesterday that we deal with conflict everyday and the process to getting in order is difficult. This is true, the process of getting my spirit in order is hard because I face me...but looking inside is necessary. Building myself up and preparing by getting things in order is a must because I have people to lead. Conflict is inevitable and we can't avoid it. It is how we lead through conflict that will make all the difference.
